Established in 2025
George Creative Advisory (GCA) was formed in 2025 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. As a "Creative Advisory", we look at things with a hyper-critical eye, and we are always searching for what will constitute that better mousetrap.

Our Team
We divide our team into Crucibles.
On a construction site, hot work (brazing, cutting, grinding, soldering, torching, and welding) throws-off sparks, generates intense heat, can exude toxic fumes, and even cause fire or explosions. We try to contain this creativity within its own crucible - a scientific term for a container of hardened material designed and tasked to take that punishment. We therefore divide our teams, and the work of our teams, into Crucibles.

- Crucible Left, handles Concept,
- Crucible Right, handles Coding, and
- Crucible Centre, handles Coherence and Coalescence.

CRUCIBLE LEFT
CONCEPT
Crucible Left, can give birth to the ball of fire that is the work to be in progress, or it can be the recipient of something piping-hot and already half-coded that needs a name and a direction, as it is further honed in that crucible.
Vision, validates the perceived market void !! |
CRUCIBLE CENTRE
COHERENCE AND COALESCENCE
Crucible Centre, can come in at any stage in the process and take this Concept or Coded Creation, to name it and see where it fits in the GCA ecosystem.
Or, they can be called in much earlier, at the initial consultation and strategy stage, to make sure creation takes place in as orderly a fashion as possible - but they don't always win, because the Waterfall, Stage Gate, Agile, and all those other nice theories don't really describe how we get our own things done. Victory, validates the vision !! |
CRUCIBLE RIGHT
CODINGCrucible Right, can be the recipient of a blazing idea from Crucible Left, or something slightly refined but likely still pretty wild and rough at the edges, that they need to code to pristine precision, while containing it within the crucible.
Volition, is the most valuable vector !! |
